Donating Rx is a D/B/A (Doing Business as) of Silverstein HR Inc. Howard Silverstein is the sole owner, founder and CEO of Silverstein HR Inc. Prior to Silverstein HR Inc., Mr. Silverstein owned an Employee Benefits Agency in Buffalo, New York, which he sold in 2016. Silverstein HR Inc. was established in Florida 2013 selling and servicing Group Medical and Medicare Supplement Insurance. Silverstein HR Inc. is in the process of discontinuing all insurance product sales. Our primary thrust is to establish our brand, DonatingRx.com, raise money for Food Banks and Cancer Charities, and help lower the cost of prescription drugs for consumers, employers, employees, seniors, and anyone else in need.
Donating Rx has contracted with Discount Drug Network (DDN), to use the DDN website, technology, customer service experience, competitive pricing, and pharmacy network relations. DDN gets compensated by the pharmacies or PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) it contracts with. A PBM for all intents and purposes is a wholesaler to pharmacies. DDN pays Donating Rx (DonatingRx.com) for our marketing services.
For every compensable prescription that DonatingRx.com/DDN processes, $1.00 will be contributed by DonatingRx to either Cancer Charities or Food Banks. On average 80% of the prescriptions processed are commissionable.
DonatingRx does not retain any PII (Personally Identifiable Information) because of customers and website visitors requesting prescription drug discount information and coding from the DonatingRx website.
